Four contemporary Cuban visuals artists- Alexandre Arrechea, Yoan Capote, Duvier del Dago, and Eduardo Ponjuán- will be exposed at Manhattan’s 8th Floor gallery in order to celebrate their presence in this year’s Venice Biennial at the first-ever Cuban pavilion. Cuba’s participation in this major international event confirms the importance of Cuban artists in today’s contemporary artistic landscape.
