Taste of the Tropics

Cuban arts flourish among the mangroves

In Cuba’s tropical climate, cultural diversity has flourished like the mangroves. Salsa, rumba, mambo, cha-cha-cha, son — Cuba is a hothouse for sounds and beats that reverberate with the island’s rich Afro-Cuban heritage. Every creative art in Cuba is in some way a reflection of that heritage, and the rest of the world is starting to take notice. If Cuba is a “melting pot,” the pot is simmering with a tasty, cultural stew. And Havana Cultura is your invitation to the feast.
